Description
For their biggest campaign annually, British Airways and American Express wanted to show just how rewarding it is to own their Premium Plus Card.
With misunderstanding around some of the customer benefits of the product, this campaign needed to be hard working, whilst still being attractive to a high-end audience.
The concept included a new aspirational, polished visual brand identity, working within a limited palette, symbolising refined, curated experiences. For this we managed to persuade the client to do their first shoot, which took us across 3 countries. This all went down well, as it’s their most successful campaign to date.
